Horo Luxe provides a 3-year warranty on all Litter-Robot 3 & 4 units purchased through our store. If you experience any defects or issues, we will manage the warranty process for you to ensure a hassle-free experience.
- Warranty Coverage: Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.
- Claim Process: Contact our support team at support@horoluxe.club with your order details and a description of the issue.
- Repair or Replacement: Depending on the issue, we will either repair or replace the defective unit at no cost to you.
- Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or external factors such as water damage is not covered under warranty.
